Today, stand up paddle is Bruno's passion. In his tours, he shares his knowledge about the Benagil Caves in a sustainable, nature-friendly way. Here are Brunos inside tips for local hidden gems in the Algarve.

What is the best thing about Algarve? It's hard to choose one favorite thing but I will choose...the people. People is the reflection of this amazing place.

What is your favorite spot in the Algarve? My favorite spot in Algarve is Foia, the highest point of the Algarve. On a clear day you can see both, southern coastline and west coast from the top, and it has the best sunset spot in the region. On my way down, I always make a stop at a natural water source to drink some fresh mountain water, it's the best water you will ever drink in your life.

Which is your favorite restaurant in the Algarve? A tiny little place in Estombar called Restaurante O Charneco, the best thing is that they only do typical Algarvian food.

Do you have any tips for people visiting the Algarve? Choose local restaurants, small group tours, and most importantly choose local native guides, they have great secrets to share with you.
